5 Day Home Auctions:

Our Round Robin Home Auctions are buyer and seller friendly. Buyers are not required to come with any funds and bids are not binding. All seller disclosures are provided upfront and buyers are able to have a home inspection to confirm the house is in good condition and that the major systems are in working order as represented in the disclosures.

We reduce the risk and create an efficient and convenient sale for the seller by ensuring seller protection with an agreed upon reserve.

With our Round Robin Auction Program, 5 Day Home Sales offers a Win-Win situation for the buyer and the seller. The 5 Day Home Sales Round Robin Auction system provides an informal Open House inspection and a non binding bidding process that creates a relaxed atmosphere for buyers and sellers. At Texas New Home Realty, we work with all of the New Home Builders in the Greater San Antonio Area. They keep us informed of their "Builder Specials".
